Abstract

يعد نشاط التأمين المصرفي حديث النشأة، ظهر من خلال تقارب وتحالف البنوك مع شركات التأمين، من أجل مواجهة حدة المنافسة التي صنعتها العولمة والتحرير المالي والتطورات التكنولوجية...، ويحقق هذا النشاط مزايا لكل الأطراف (البنوك، شركات التأمين والعملاء)، نحاول في هذا البحث تبيين أن هذا النشاط ظهر في السوق المالي الإسلامي بالموازاة مع السوق المالي الغربي من خلال تقارب بنوك إسلامية مع شركات تأمين إسلامية، وهو يتخذ عدة أشكال تتدرج من حيث عمق العلاقة بين الطرفين من اتفاقيات توزيع بسيطة إلى اتفاقيات أكثر تعقيدا مثل الاستحواذ والاندماج، ويمكن أن نجد في السوق المالي الإسلامي عدة نماذج لذلك. bancassurance is a new activity, emerged through the rapprochement and Alliance between banks and insurance companies, in order to meet the vast competition created by the globalization, financial liberalization and technological developments..., Bancassurance realize many advantages for all parties (banks, insurance companies and customers). We try through this research indicate that the Islamic financial market knew this activity in parallel with the other financial markets, through the convergence of Islamic banks with Islamic insurance companies, and taken several forms according to the relationship between the two parties from the simple distribution agreements to the more complex process such as acquisitions and mergers, and we can find several models for them in Islamic financial market.
