Abstract

من الأمور الهامة معرفة مصطلحات علوم الحديث ومدلولاتها عند الأئمة النقاد أصحاب الشأن، حيث إن الناظر يجد لهذه المصطلحات أكثر من مدلول لا كما شاع في كتب المتأخرين من قصرها على معنى محدد، فجاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان "الحديث المعضل: دراسة تطبيقية في كتب الأوائل"، حيث وجد الباحث من خلالها أن هذا المصطلح أوسع من الناحية العملية مما هو موجود في كتب علوم الحديث. حيث أطلقه كثير من العلماء على الأحاديث بمعنى النكارة والبطلان وليس فقط على ما سقط منه اثنان على التوالي كما هو شائع معروف. It is important to know Hadith terms and their meanings according to the leading scholars concerned. An investigator of these terms finds that they have more than one meaning, not as common in the late books that they were confined to a specific meaning. The present study, entitled 'AL-Hadith AL|-M'u'dhil: A Theoretical Empirical Study '. The study concludes that the term is practically broader than what is found in the books of Hadith. It has been used by many scholars to refer to denial and nullity, not only on what is commonly known.
