الحافظ محمد أبو راس الناصري الجزائري وأجوبته الفقهية من خلال كتابه:"فتح الإله ومنته"

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة حياة وفقه أحد أعلام الجزائر في أواخر العصر العثماني _وهو الحافظ محمد أبو راس الناصر الجزائري_ من خلال ما أرّخ به لنفسه في كتابه "فتح الإله ومِنَّتِه"، فتتطرق للتعريف به؛ نسبا ونشأة، وفضلا، ومكانة، وتحصيلا وتدريسا، ودوره في أحداث عصره، وكثرة تصانيفه، ووفاته. كما تتناول أيضا أجوبته الفقهية من حيث المنهج الذي سلكه في عرضها، ومنطلقه في ذلك، وكذا المرجعية الفقهية التي استند إليها في تقرير أجوبته، وهو الفقيه القاضي، الذي تفقه بفقه المذاهب الفقهية الأربعة، وسبر غور مجتمعه.
