Abstract

يسعى هذا الموضوع إلى الكشف عن الإستراتيجية التي تبناها المشرع لمواجهة ظاهرة الفساد في الجزائر ومدى توافق هذه الأخيرة مع شروط وبنود اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد ألا وهو نظام تسليم المجرمين. حيث يتناول هذا البحث ويهتم بتشخيص ظاهرة الفساد في الجزائر، وذلك بالتعرف على ماهيته وصوره ومدى انتشاره بالجزائر من خلال دراسة تطورها التاريخي لها. ونستخلص في الأخير إلى كيفية تطبيق هذا النظام ومدى تحقيقه للتعاون الدولي لمكافحة الفساد في الجزائر. This theme seeks to reveal strategy adopted by the legislator to counter corruption in Algeria and the compatibility of the latter with the terms and conditions of the United Nations Convention against corruption is the first extradition system. So this paper and gives a diagnosis of the phenomenon of corruption in Algeria, learn what it is and how far it's spread to Algeria through the study of historical development. And learn to how to apply this system and the extent of international cooperation to combat corruption in Algeria.
