This study aims to define the concept and importance of the smart library and sets a vision for the library of the future by following up on modern trends whose signs have already appeared in recent years and which confirm that libraries must be more flexible and interactive with the developments of the era in order to survive and develop. As we are on the cusp of the emergence of artificial intelligence systems, their spread, and their integration into various media and various fields, we tried to present a temporary answer as a possibility: the libraries of the future will be smart libraries.
