| dcterms.abstract | تعرض هذا المقال إلى مفهوم تعويض النقص الحاصل في التربية والتعليم، وهو مفهوم أمريكي يعني الإجراءات الاجتماعية التي تهدف إلى تخفيف أو حل مشاكل التلاميذ الذين يوجدون في وضعية غير مناسبة في مجال التعليم. وقد تمت بتحديد أهم الصفات المميزة للتلاميذ الذين يحتاجون إلى تعويض في التربية والتعليم وتنحصر في المشاكل الاقتصادية والتغريب الاجتماعي أو التمييز العنصري الناتج عن الأصل العرقي والثقافي والاجتماعي. تعرضت في صلب الموضوع- بالشرح والتحليل - لأهم برامج تعويض التربية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وبريطانيا، وذكرت أهم الانتقادات التي وجهت إلى هذه البرامج. In this essay, I have attempted to clarify the concept of compensatory education. I have used a definition of compensatory which is a socil measure aimed to solve or alleviate problems of the disadvantaged. Then I have clarified the characteristics of the disadvantaged which could be summarized as problemes of economic image of the compensatory programmes In the U.S.A The compensatory education in U.S.A is characterized by the fact that it is a response to the demands of civil rights movements. | - |
