المرتكزات العقدية والقيمية للمرأة الفاعلة في المجتمع المسلم

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة بيان دور المرأة في محاربة الفساد من خلال المرتكزات العقدية والقيمية التي تؤهلها لأن تكون فاعلة في مجتمعها ، وفقا للأدوار المتعددة التي تضطلع بها في جوانب مختلفة ابتداء بدورها الأسري إلى دورها الاجتماعي وانتهاء بدورها الوظيفي، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أهمية دور المرأة ومحوريته والذي لأجله يجب أن تهيأ وتكسب مؤهلات وقدرات تمكنها من هذا الدور مع التأكيد على أهمية تآزر كل من المرأة والرجل وتكامل أدوارهما. This study aims to demonstrate the role of women in combating corruption through the doctrinal and value foundations that qualify them to be effective in their society, according to the multiple roles they play in different aspects, starting with their family role, to their social role, and ending with their functional role. The study concluded the importance of the role of women and its centrality, for which they must be prepared and acquire qualifications and capabilities that enable them to play this role, while emphasizing the importance of the synergy between women and men and the integration of their roles.
