Abstract

تشهد الإنسانية اليوم تصاعدا رهيبا لظاهرة العنصرية وانتشار خطاب الكراهية على نطاق واسع وبأشكال مختلفة، حتى أصبح العامل الأساسي في تهديد استقرار وأمن البشرية، وهذا ما يفرض معالجة الظاهرة أكاديميا من مختلف جوانبها، خاصة من الناحية الدينية بغية التأصيل لفهم صحيح للقرآن الكريم في كيفية تعامله مع هذه المسألة. لهذا عملنا في هذه المداخلة على بحث اشكالية خطاب الكراهية عند الآخر لأن هذا هو الأصح، إذ لا وجود لهذا المفهوم في تعاليم الدين الإسلامي فقمنا بتعريف المصطلح ، ثم انتقلنا إلى البحث في جذوره وأسباب ظهوره، ومن ثم عملنا على تقديم لمحه عن المصطلح في القرآن الكريم والسنة لإثبات مدلوله لنخلص في النهاية إلى أن الأصح معرفيا وتاريخيا هو طرح سؤال خطاب الكراهية عن الغرب. Humanity today is witnessing a frightening escalation of racism and the spread of hate speech on a large scale and in various forms, to the point where it has become a primary factor threatening stability and human security. This necessitates addressing the phenomenon academically from different perspectives, particularly from a religious standpoint, to establish a correct understanding of how the Holy Quran deals with this issue. In this intervention, we focused on exploring the issue of hate speech towards "the other," as this concept does not exist in the teachings of Islam. We began by defining the term, then moved on to examining its roots and the reasons for its emergence. After that, we provided a brief understanding of the term in the Qur'an and the Sunnah to clarify its true meaning.Ultimately, we concluded that, both intellectually and historically, the concept of hate speech should be critically examined as a product originating from the West.
