تحليل توجهات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوارد إلى الجزائر خلال الفترة (2005 - 2013 )

Abstract

لقد تزايد اهتمام الدول المتقدمة والنامية بقضايا الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، فقامت معظمها باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة التي من شأنها أن تساعد على جذب أكبر قدر منه، وعلى غرار الدول النامية فقد انتهجت الجزائر التدابير نفسها التي من شأنها تحسين مناخها الاستثماري لجعله أكثر جاذبيه للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، ومع بداية الألفية الثالثة استطاعت الجزائر أن ترفع من التدفقات الواردة إليها مقارنة على ما كانت عليه في التسعينات من القرن الماضي، وقد انصب الاهتمام في هذه الدراسة على تحليل هذه التدفقات الواردة إلى الجزائر، والتي وجدنا أنها ضعيفة ومحتشمة مقارنة مع ما تزخر به الجزائر من إمكانيات وفرص استثمارية واعدة، ويبدو ذلك بوضوح عند المقارنة مع بعض الدول العربية التي احتلت مرتبة الصدارة في جذب أكبر قدر منها، كما أن معظم التدفقات الواردة اتجهت لقطاع المحروقات رغم الحاجة الملحة لباقي القطاعات لهذا النوع من الاستثمارات Abstract: The interest of developed and developing countries for direct foreign investment issues has been grown, most of them took the necessary measures that helps to attract as much as possible of the direct foreign investment, along the lines of developing countries there is Algeria which took the same measures that would improve her investment climate and make it more attractive for direct foreign investments. Within the beginning of the third millennium; Algeria increased her inflows compared with the nineties of the last century, in this study our attention is focused on analyzing of these inflows in Algeria which we found both weak and modest compared with the possibilities and opportunities that Algeria has in investments, and it seems so clearly when we compare it with some Arab countries which occupy the forefront lines in investors’ attracting. In addition, most of the inflows went to the hydrocarbon sector despite of the other sectors need to this kind of investments.
