إشكالية الإستطراد في التأليف الشرعي المعاصر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول مظهر مهم من مظاهر الاختلال المنهجي في التأليف الشرعي، ويتمثل هذا الجانب في ظاهرة الاستطراد، وبيان أثرها في الأداء الوظيفي والمنهجي للبحث العلمي. وقد عنيت من خلالها باستجلاء حقيقة الاستطراد، بدءا بتعريفه وتمييزه عن غيره، ومرورا ببيان أهم أسباب ظهوره وتفشيه، وانتهاء باقتراح أهم الضوابط والمحددّات المنهجية له.
