Abstract

تحاول الورقة البحثية، وبعد تحديدها لمدلولي "الجيو سياسي والجيو حضاري" تقديم مجموعة المحددات في بعديها الجيو حضاري المرتكز على الأبعاد القيمية "الحضارية والثقافية"، والجيوسياسي المرتكز على مفاهيم القوة لاسيما في شكلها المادي الذي تمنحه جغرافيا المكان لتوجيه سياسة الدولة، والتي من شأنها؛ أي: (مجموع هذه المحددات) أن تسهم في توصيف الفعل أو الظاهرة الإرهابية، وبالتالي مدى إمكانية الخروج من عدم الاتفاق حول تعريف جامع مانع لـ "الإرهاب" . Abstract: This paper try after determining the Significance of "geopolitical and geo-civilizational" to provide a set of parameters in the geo-civilizational dimensions based on values " civilization and culture," and the geopolitical dimensions based on the concepts of power, especially in their physical form, provided by the geography of the place to guide the state policy, which will (the sum of these determinants) contribute to the characterization of the act or the terrorist phenomenon, and thus the possibility to get out of a lack of agreement about the sententious definition of “terrorism”
