فعل الرواية الكلامي عند الآمدي (من خلال"الإحكام في أصول الأحكام")

Abstract

يتّخذ موضوع هذا البحث من نظريّة أفعال الكلام العامّة لـ (أوستين) إطارا نظريّا ومنهجيّا له؛ فلقد تناولنا في إطار هذه النّظريّة (الرّواية) عند (الآمدي) في كتابه"الإحكام في أصول الأحكام"، وذلك بوصفها فعلا كلاميّا له مفهوم محدّد، وينتمي إلى قسم كلامي معيّن، كذلك تطرّقنا إلى تلك الشّروط التي اشترطها (الآمدي) في المنجز للرواية، ولما كانت الرواية فعلا كلاميّا، فإن إنجازها لا يخلو من التّلفّظ ببعض العبارات، ولذلك سعينا، من جهة أخرى، إلى تسليط الضوء على تلك الصّيغ المعتمدة في إنجاز الرّواية في ظل واقع التشريع عند المسلمين.
