مداخلة نظام حكم الداي حسين ونهاية الحكم العثماني افي الايالة الجزائرية 1818م-1830م

Abstract

: تميز أواخر الحكم العثماني في الجزائر بعدم الاستقرار السياسي والعسكري وكثرتالثورات التي قادها زعماء الطرق الصوفية بسبب ثقل النظام الضريبي الجائر الذي فرضه الدايات ، وبدلك تعاقب على حكم الجزائر الكثير من الدايات وتعرض جلهم للقتل على يد الجيش صاحب السلطة والنفود الفعلي في البلاد ؛ واخر هؤلاء الحكام هو الداي حسين باشا 1818-1830م هدا الأخير لم يسلم من الاضطرابات الداخلية فالسلطة العثمانية لم تتمكن من استتاب الامن سواء في الحواضر او الأرياف ،ما عرض ايالة الجزائر لكثير من الاطماع الأجنبية وعلى رأسها الاطماع العسكرية الفرنسية التي احتلت الجزائر في 1830م بعد توقيع الداي حسين معاهدة الاستسلام في 5 جويلية 1830م .The late Ottoman rule in Algeria was characterized by political and military instability and many revolutions led by the leaders of the Sufi orders due to the burden of the unjust tax system imposed by the Deys. As a result, many Deys ruled Algeria, most of whom were killed by the army, which had actual power and influence in the country. The last of these rulers was Dey Hussein Pasha (1818-1830). The latter did not escape internal unrest, as the Ottoman authority was unable to restore security in both the cities and the countryside, which exposed the Eyalet of Algiers to many foreign ambitions, most notably the French military ambitions that occupied Algeria in 1830 after Dey Hussein signed the surrender treaty on5 July, 1830.
