مداخلة رقمنه التراث الثقافي بالمؤسسات الوثائقية الجزائرية بين الواقع والرهانات

Abstract

إن هذا التراث الهائل، الذي طالما اعتبرته السلطات العمومية اهتماما ثانويا، آخذ في الظهور شيئا فشيئا بفضل عمل العديد من الباحثين، والأنشطة المشتركة للبحث العلمي الجزائري والدولي وعمل جمعوي متنام، وشخصيات مؤثرة. بعيدا عن الظهور الحالي لوعي ثقافي جزائري حقيقي، لا بد من الاشارة الى ملاحظة مثيرة للقلق حول وضع وحالة التراث المكتوب، خاصة وأن مزيدا من الوقت هو ليس في صالحه.

أكثر هشاشة من بقايا الحجارة التي هي الأخرى ليست بمنأى عن التدمير! ما الذي بقي من هذه الصفحات من الرق والبردي وغيرهما، والتي هي شهادات ثمينة ورائعة في كثير من الأحيان على وجود معرفة وفن لدى أسلافنا؟ هناك حل مقترح بشكل عاجل، ألا وهو رقمنة خزائن التراث الموجودة. وقبل ذلك، يجب تصميم جرد عام وفهرس موحد بالتعاون مع الباحثين الوطنيين وفرق بحث أجنبية. تركز مداخلتنا، بالتحديد، على ما يمكن أن يضيفه البحث العلمي الجامعي إلى عملية حفظ وترميم وتوفير هذه الذاكرة المكتوبة للجزائريين. وهنا تأتي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات كضرورة قصوى لإتاحة هذا الكنز والإفادة منه. This enormous heritage, which public authorities have long considered a secondary concern, is gradually emerging thanks to the work of many researchers, the joint activities of Algerian and international scientific research, a growing association work, and influential figures. Aside from the current emergence of a true Algerian cultural awareness, it is necessary to point out a worrying observation about the status and condition of the written heritage, especially since more time is not in its favor. More fragile than the remains of stones, which are also not immune to destruction! What remains of these pages of parchment, papyrus, etc., which are precious and often wonderful testimonies of the knowledge and art of our ancestors? An urgently proposed solution is to digitize existing heritage vaults. Before that, a general inventory and a unified index must be designed in cooperation with national researchers and foreign research teams. Our intervention focuses, specifically, on what university scientific research can add to the process of preserving, restoring and providing this written memory to Algerians. Here, information and communications technology comes as an absolute necessity to make this treasure available and benefit from it.
