مداخلة اقتصاد المعرفة والاقتصاد الرقمي: العلاقة والانعكاس على التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Abstract

نظرا للضرورة الملحة لاندماج كل الدول نحو اقتصاد جديد ازدادت فيه اهمية المعرفة ودورها الفعال في دفع عجلة التنمية واصبحت مقياسا للثروة، سمي هذا الاقتصاد ب " اقتصاد المعرفة " وهذا ما يدفعنا للقول بأن التحول من اقتصاد مقاد بواسطة الصناعة الى اقتصاد مدار بواسطة المعلومات والمعارف ويدفعنا للقول أن خلق الثروة لم يعد وفق سياق مادي، بل أصبح مبني على كل ما هو غير مادي وموجه خصوصا بواسطة المعرفة. لذلك سعت الدراسة إلى معالجة أثر اقتصاد المعرفة في النمو الاقتصادي وتميزه على الاقتصاد الرقمي وتقدير حجم تطورهما وتحديد نطاقهما، والوقوف على هيكلية الرقمنة الاقتصادية ومعرفة أهم أهدافها الأساسية، وكيف تم تسخير الرقمنة في الجزائر من أجل النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

Given the urgent necessity for the integration of all countries into a new economy in which the importance of knowledge has increased and its effective role in accelerating development and becoming a measure of wealth, this economy has been called the “knowledge economy.” This is what prompts us to say that the transformation from an economy driven by industry to an economy managed by information and knowledge and prompts us to say that Wealth creation is no longer based on a material context, but rather is based on everything that is intangible and directed especially by knowledge. Therefore, the study sought to address the impact of the knowledge economy on economic growth and its distinction over the digital economy, estimate the scale of their development and determine their scope, determine the structure of economic digitization and know its most important basic objectives, and how digitization has been harnessed in Algeria in order to advance the national economy and achieve sustainable development goals.
