Abstract

تعد المصادر والوثائق العثمانية إحدى أهم المصادر التاريخية الأساسية لدراسة تاريخ الدولة العثمانية عموماً، وتاريخ المغرب خصوصاً خلال الفترة الحديثة وذلك أن مبنى أرشيف رئاسة الوزراء في إستانبول يحتوي على ملايين الوثائق العثمانية التي تتناول تاريخا لمنطقة العربية، وتحتاج إلى قراءتها وتحليلها وتفكيكها، من أجل تصحيح الكتابات التاريخية التي كتبت بطريقة تفتقد إلى العلمية التاريخية وإلى غياب قراءة تاريخية تستند إلى هذه الوثائق المهمة، كما أن الاعتماد على ما كتب من قبل المؤرخين الغربيين الذين حاول العديد منهم طمس الحقائق وتحريفها لصالح القوى الاستعمارية التي هيمنت على المنطقة العربية والمغاربية منذ نهاية القرن 15 من منطلق صليبي استعماري، يستهدف الدولة العثمانية، باعتبارها الدولة الإسلامية الموحدة للمسلمين في تلك الفترة، وبغض النظر عن هذه الخلفيات فإنه آن الأوان للدراسات التاريخية العربية أن تتخلص من هيمنة التحليل النظري الانطباعي نحو ترسيخ منهجية التاريخ العملي التطبيقي الذي يستند إلى تحليل الوثائق والمصادر، وتشريحها بشكل علمي ومنهجي مع تحرى الدقة، لكشف الحقائق التاريخية التي ظلت خفية علينا على مدار قرون. وتعد مسألة عدم معرفة الباحثين والمؤرخين العرب باللغة العثمانية، وعدم قدرتهم على قراءة الوثائق العثمانية، وترجمتها إلى اللغة العربية أحد أهم العوائق الكبيرة التي عطلت مشروع إعادة قراءة تاريخنا العربي خلال حكمها من قبل العثمانيين. كما ساهم هذا في طمس العديد من الحقائق، وتزويرها، بل وأصبحت تدرس في مدارسنا وجامعاتنا، مما زاد في عملية تشويه الوعي التاريخي، كما ساهمت القوى الاستعمارية المنافسة للدولة العثمانية في تزوير والتحريف للحقائق التاريخية لإنجاح مشروعها الاستعماري. summary: Ottoman sources and documents are considered one of the most important and basic historical sources for studying the history of the Ottoman Empire in general, and the history of the Maghreb in particular during the modern period, as the Prime Minister’s Archives building in Istanbul contains millions of Ottoman documents that deal with the history of the Arab region, and they need to be read, analyzed and disassembled, in order to Correcting historical writings that were written in a way that lacks historical scienceAnd the absence of a historical reading based on these important documents, and the reliance on what was written by Western historians, many of whom tried to obscure the facts and distort them in favor of the colonial powers that have dominated the Arab and Maghreb region since the end of the 15th century AD from a crusader-colonial standpoint, targeting the Ottoman Empire, As the unified Islamic state for Muslims in that period, and regardless of these backgrounds, it is time for Arab historical studies to get rid of the dominance of impressionistic theoretical analysis towards establishing the methodology of applied practical history that is based on analyzing documents and sources, and dissecting them in a scientific and systematic manner with the pursuit of accuracy, to reveal the facts.
