Abstract

تقدم هذه الورقة البحثية قراءة في الخطاب الإصلاحي التعليمي عند الشيخ محمد البشير الابراهيمي، من خلال رؤيته للمعلم باعتباره أحد أهم مرتكزات العملية التربية والتعليمة، ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وقد توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج التي أكدت مركزية ومحورية المعلم من منطلق كونه حارسا للقيم النبيلة، المؤتمن على تربية النشء على الفضيلة، كما أكدت الورقة البحثية على جملة من الصفات التي يجب أن يتصف بها المعلم ليؤدي وظيفته التربوية والتعليمية بكل كفاءة و فاعلية، وشكلت في فيها المتطلبات الأخلاقية رأس الأولوية.This research paper provides a reading into the educational reform discourse of Sheikh Muhammad al-Bashir al-Ibrahimi, through his vision of the teacher as one of the most important pillars of the educational process. To address this issue, we relied on the inductive and analytical approach. The research reached a number of results that confirmed the centrality and centrality of the teacher from the standpoint of being a guardian of noble values, entrusted with raising young people in virtue, The research paper also emphasized a number of qualities that a teacher must possess in order to perform his educational function efficiently and effectively, in which ethical requirements constituted the highest priority.
