Abstract

تعالج هذه المداخلة موضوع 'أثر السياق الزماني والمكاني على توظيف الحديث النبوي الشريف عند ابن باديس واستثماره له' متوخية الإجابة عن إشكالية رئيسة تدور حول سؤال جوهري فحواه كيف أثّر سياق الحال مكانا وزمانا في توظيف ابن باديس للحديث النبوي الشريف وما مظاهر هذا التوظيف؟ متوسلا لذلك بمنهجي الاستقراء والتحليل، للمدوّنة الحديثية التي تصدى ابن باديس لشرحها وبيان معانيها واستنباط أحكامها وفوائدها، مستهدفا بيان بعض جوانب الإصلاح الديني والاجتماعي للإمام ابن باديس التي جعل من نصوص الشريعة منطلقا لها، وبيان مدى فقه الإمام لواقعه المعيش وتعاطيه الإيجابي مع قضايا عصره وأمّته، وقوّة منهجه في التحليل والاستنباط والاستشراف، وحكمته في التكيّف مع إكراهات التاريخ، وحسن توصيف الواقع ودقّة توظيف النص النبوي في معالجة ما بدا له في ذاك الواقع من انحرافات دينية واجتماعية؛ وستكون معالجة الموضوع عبر مبحث تمهيدي ومبحثين رئيسيين؛ حيث نجعل المبحث التمهيدي مدخلا لبيان أهمية السيّاق عند علماء الشريعة في فهم معنى النص الديني وتنزيله، بينما نخصص المبحث الأول لبيان أثر سياق الأحوال الدينية على توظيف ابن باديس للحديث النبوي الشريف ومظاهر هذا التوظيف، ونخصص المبحث الثاني لبيان أثر سياق الأحوال التربوية والاجتماعية على توظيف ابن باديس للحديث النبوي الشريف ومظاهر هذا التوظيف، قبل أن نختم المداخلة بخاتمة نضمّنها نتائج البحث.This intervention addresses the topic of 'The effect of the temporal and spatial context on the use and exploitation of the noble Prophetic hadith according to Ibn Badis' Aiming to answer a major problem that revolves around a fundamental question: How did the context of the situation, place and time, affect Ibn Badis’ use of the noble Prophet’s hadith, and what are the manifestations of this use? Relying on the methods of induction and analysis, to the hadith blog that Ibn Badis addressed to explain it, explain its meanings, and derive its rulings and benefits, Aiming to explain some aspects of the religious and social reform of Imam Ibn Badis, for which he made the texts of Sharia a starting point, and to show the extent of the Imam’s jurisprudence in relation to his living reality and his positive dealing with the issues of his time and nation, the strength of his approach in analysis, deduction and foresight, his wisdom in adapting to the constraints of history, the good description of reality and the accuracy of employing... The prophetic text in dealing with the religious and social deviations that appeared to him in That's reality; The topic will be treated through an introductory section and two main sections: We make the introductory study an introduction to explaining the importance of context for Sharia scholars in understanding the meaning of the religious text and its revelation. While we devote the first section to explaining the impact of the context of religious conditions on Ibn Badis’ use of the noble Prophet’s hadith and the manifestations of its use. We devote the second section to explaining the impact of the context of educational and social conditions on Ibn Badis’s use of the noble Prophetic hadith and the manifestations of its use. Before we conclude the intervention with a conclusion, we include the results of the research.
