مداخلة توظيف أعلام المغرب الإسلامي للسياق في الشَّرح الحديثي

Abstract

السياق قرينة أساسية لفهم النص الحديثي؛ لذلك كان من أهم الـمسالك التي استند إليها شراح الحديث مراعاة السياق، وذلك من خلال ربط السياق اللغوي للنصوص الحديثية بالسياق الـخارجي الذي استخدمت فيه، للكشف عن مقاصد الـمتلفظ بالـخطاب، وتقريب معانيها بالفهم الصحيح والاستنباط الدقيق. وتسعى هذه الورقة لاستعراض جهود أعلام المغرب الإسلامي في توظيف السياق في الشَّرح الحديثي، للوقوف على آليات توظيف علماء الحديث للسياق في فهم وتحليل الخطاب النبوي، والكشف عن أهمية السياق في توجيه الـمعنى، مع التركيز على عرض نماذج تطبيقية عملية من كتبهم في استثمار السياق في الشرح الحديثي. The context is a fundamental indicator for understanding the modern text; therefore, one of the most important approaches relied upon by the scholars of hadith is considering the context. This is done by linking the linguistic context of the modern texts to the external context in which they were used, in order to reveal the speaker's intentions in the discourse and to approximate their meanings with proper understanding and accurate inference. This paper aims to review the efforts of prominent figures in the Islamic Maghreb in employing the context in the explanation of modern texts, in order to identify the mechanisms used by hadith scholars to employ the context in understanding and analyzing the prophetic discourse, and to uncover the importance of the context in guiding the meaning, with a focus on presenting practical application examples from their books in utilizing the context in the explanation of modern texts.
