Abstract

يؤدي السياق دوراً مهماً في تحديد دلالة الكلمات الغريبة، أو غير المألوفة في أي نص؛ فهو المفتاح لفهم معناها بدقة؛ ولهذا اهتم به المتقدمون؛ ووضعوا نظرية سياقية عربية أصيلة في علوم متعددة: الحديث، الفقه، التفسير، اللغة، البلاغة... انكب علماء المغرب عموما والجزائر خصوصا على العناية بموطأ الإمام مالك شرحا واختصارا ؛ ومن هؤلاء: التلمساني الذي سعى إلى تقريب معاني الموطأ، ودلالته وأحكامه؛عن طريق توضيح غريب ألفاظه استنادا إلى السياق الذي وردت فيه؛ لكي لا يقع اللبس، والفهم السقيم للسنة الشريفة؛ لأنّ النص تغيّر مكانه وزمانه فكان كتابه: خير معين على فهم غريب الموطأ ومعانيه؛ ولهذا كان عنوان المداخلة: أثر السياق في بيان دلالة غريب ألفاظ أحاديث الموطأ -الاقتضاب في غريب الموطأ، للتلمساني( 625ه) أنموذجا- Context plays a crucial role in determining the meaning of unfamiliar or obscure words in any text; it is the key to understanding their precise meaning. This is why earlier scholars paid significant attention to it, developing an original Arabic contextual theory in various fields such as Hadith, jurisprudence, interpretation, and language. Scholars in Morocco, especially in Algeria, focused on the explanation and summarization of Imam Malik’s Muwatta. Among them was al-Tilmissani, who sought to clarify the meanings, implications, and rulings of the Muwatta by explaining the obscure terms based on the context in which they appeared. However, there remains a risk of misinterpretation of the noble Sunnah due to changes in time and place. His work is considered a valuable aid in understanding the Muwatta and its meanings. Hence, the title of the discussion was: "The Impact of Context on Clarifying the Meaning of Obscure Terms in the Hadiths of the Muwatta - With Al-Tilmissani’s Al-Iqtidaab fi Gharib al-Muwatta (625 AH) as a Model."
