مداخلة الدلالة السياقية وأبعادها التداولية في مجالس التذكير من كلام البشير النذير

Abstract

يعد الحديث النبوي الشريف حدثا تواصليا تنكشف فيه تفاصيل الزمان والمكان وأطراف الخطاب والمعارف القبلية المشتركة والمعارف الآنية المصاحبة للحدث التواصلي، فتتضح فيه المقاصد التي أسست الخطاب، فتبنى الأحكام في ضوء كل هذه المعطيات باعتبار الحديث مصدرا للتشريع بعد القرآن الكريم مباشرة. فلم يغفل الدارسون له هذه المعطيات ووثقوها مفصلة بالأسانيد، وأولوها عناية خاصة بالشرح والتحليل. بما في ذلك رجال الإصلاح في العصر الحديث، فقد أدركوا هذه الخصوصية ذات البعد التداولي. ومن هؤلاء المصلحين الذين كان لكلمتهم النجاح والفاعلية في التأثير والتغيير؛ عبد الحميد ابن باديس الذي أفرد مجلسا للتذكير بكلام البشير النذير في بضع وعشر سنة يتخير من الأحاديث النبوية ماينشرها في الشهاب في مقدمة كل عدد بعد مقال مجالس التذكير من كلام الحكيم الخبير مباشرة. لقد وظف ابن باديس الحديث النبوي مصدرا من مصادر الإصلاح، يستحضر فيها الحدث التواصلي كاملا وينزله على الواقع الجزائري. فتتعالق السياقات بين سياق الحدث وسياق التذكير. وتنسحب الدلالة من سياقها الزماني والمكاني لتعمم على وقائع جديدة، فيكون لها الأثر النفسي والإدراك العقلي ويوافقهما التغيير السلوكي. إن مانرومه في هذا البحث هو الوقوف على هذا التعالق السياقي بين تلقى الحديث أول مرة وبين التذكير به اليوم ،وكيف وظف ابن باديس الحديث النبوي باستثمار البعد التداولي فيما يخدم الواقع الجزائري والهدف الإصلاحي؟ وهي إشكالية تفرعت عنها تساؤلات أهمها: ـــ ماهي الاستراتيجيات التي بنى في ضوئها ابن باديس مجالس التذكير من كلام البشير النذير؟ ــــ كيف وظف ابن باديس الحديث النبوي الشريف مصدرا لتأسيس سلطة الخطاب؟ In actual fact, the Prophetic Hadith stands for a communicative event in which the details of time, place, the parties to the discourse, common tribal knowledge and the real-time knowledge accompanying the communicative event are revealed, whereat the purposes that founded the discourse become clear, and the judgments are made in the light of all such data as the Hadith stands for a source of legislation immediately after the Holy Quran. Moreover, the students of Hadith did not overlook these data and then ensured documentation thereof in full details with the evidences, together with paying special attention thereto through explanation and analysis, including the reformers of modern times, as they in actual fact recognized this peculiarity with a deliberative dimension.

More to the point, one of these reformers, who indeed have had success and effectiveness through their word in influencing and changing, we shed light on Abdelhamid Ben Badis, who dedicated a council to ensure remembrance of the Bearer of Glad Tidings, the Forewarner in a couple of ten years, choosing from the prophetic Hadiths to be published in Al-Shihab in the preamble of each issue immediately after the article of the councils of remembrance of the Ever-wiser, the All-aware.

Likewise, Ben Badis employed the prophetic Hadith as a source of reform, in which he evokes the whole communicative event and compare it with to the Algerian reality. In virtue of which, there is a relationship between the context of the event and the context of the reminder, whilst semantics is withdrawn from its temporal and spatial context to be generalized to new facts; thus, it has a psychological effect and mental perception, which are accompanied by behavioural change.

Definitely, we aim through this research to identify this contextual relationship between receiving the Hadith for the first time and remembering it at present, and how Ben Badis employed the prophetic Hadith through investing the deliberative dimension in such a manner to serve the Algerian reality and the goal of reform? The problem of which provided several sub-question, as follows:

- What are the strategies in light of which Ben Badis built the councils of remembrance of the Bearer of Glad Tidings, the Forewarner?

- How Ben Badis employed the prophetic Hadith as a source to establish the authority of discourse?
