قواعد تحقيق المخطوطات والنصوص بين الأسس والمكملات : محاولة لتوحيد منهج التحقيق في الجامعة الجزائرية

Abstract

تناولت الورقة المعنونة ب:" قواعد تحقيق المخطوطات والنصوص، بين الأسس المكملات،محاولة لتوحيد منهج التحقيق في الجامعة الجزائرية"، مجموعة من الأسس كالقواعد في تحقيق المخطوطات، وقسمتها لسبعة أسس لازمة، وستة مكملات هامة، شارحة لكل أساس ومكمل، ممثلة له قدر الإستطاعة بمجموعة من المخطوطات الجزائرية في فنوف متعددة، محاولة مرافقة الطالب من أول الخطوات المتمثلة بالرغبة في ولوج هذا الفن، إلى آخرها من إعداد الفهارس كالكشافات، منوهة على ضرورة توحيد قواعد التحقيق للمخطوطات في الجامعة الجزائرية عموما، أو على مستوى الجامعة الواحدة إن تعذر التعميم، لما في ذلك من توسيع نطاق القواعد ودخول الاجتهادات الشخصية بخلق قواعد جديدة أو الانقاص منها، وكف أيدي غَير المتخصصين من الدخول في هذا التخصص، ثم حتمت الورقة بتحفيز الطلبة في الدراسات الأكاديمية على تحقيق التراث الجزائري بكل علومه وفنونه. The paper titled "Rules for Manuscript and Text Editing: Between Foundations and Complements, An Attempt to Standardize the Editing Method in Algerian Universities" addressed a set of foundations and rules 2 for manuscript editing. It divided them into seven essential foundations and six important complements, explaining each foundation and complement, and representing them as much as possible with a collection of Algerian manuscripts in various fields. The paper aimed to accompany the student from the initial steps of the desire to enter this field to the final steps of preparing indexes and catalogs, emphasizing the necessity of standardizing manuscript editing rules in Algerian universities in general. , or at the level of a single university if generalization is not possible, due to the expansion of the rules and the entry of personal interpretations by creating new rules or reducing them, and to prevent non-specialists from entering this field, the paper concluded by encouraging students in academic studies to achieve Algerian heritage in all its sciences and arts.
