مداخلة السياق وأهميته في التعامل الحديث النبوي الشريف - ابن قُرْقُول الوَهْرَانِي أنموذجا من خلال كتابه مَطَالِعُ الأنوار على صحاح الآثار

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث المقدم إلى الملتقى الدولي (المدخل السياقي للحديث النبوي الشريف أسسه النظرية وتطبيقاته عند أعلام الجزائر وتونس)، إلى إلقاءِ الضوء على مسألة السياق عند الإمام ابن قرقول الوهراني في تحليل الخطاب وتوجيه دلالته، وأثره في فهم الحديث النبوي، وقد لاحظ الباحث أن ابن قرقول اعتمد السياق في مجال الفهم والترجيح ونقد الأحاديث، كما تم تسجيل جملة من النتائج يجدها القارئ في ختام المداخلة. This research, presented at the International Symposium "The Contextual Approach to the Noble Prophetic Hadith: Its Theoretical Foundations and Applications Among Scholars of Algeria and Tunisia," aims to shed light on the issue of context as employed by Imam Ibn Qurqul al-Wahrani in the analysis of discourse and the interpretation of its meaning, and its impact on understanding the Prophetic Hadith. The researcher noted that Ibn Qurkul relied on context in the areas of understanding, prioritization, and the critique of hadiths. A set of findings has also been recorded, which the reader will find at the conclusion of the presentation.
