مداخلة أثر استثمار السياق في فهمِ الحدِيث النبوي عند ابن مرزوق الخطيب (ت 781ه-1379م) مِن خلالِ ما أوردَه في كتابِه "تيسير المرام في شرح عُمدة الأحكام

Abstract

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية قضية مُهمة ومسألة علمية رصينة أولاها عُلماء المالكية عُمومًا والغرب الإسلامي والجزائري بالخصوص الرعاية والاهتمام، وهي مسألة أثر استثمار السياق في فهم الحديث النبوي والنصوص الشرعية، وكان للعلامة ابن مرزوق الخطيب قدم راسخةٌ فيها وخاصة أثناء شرحه لكتاب عبد الغني المقدسي "عُمدة الأحكام"، الذي وسمَه بـ: "تيسير المرام في شرح عُمدة الأحكام"، لذا حاولتْ هذه الدِّراسة كشف اللثام وإزالة الغموض وإماطة العقبات في فهم وإدراك معاني النص، وتوضيح كيفية استعمال واستثمار وتوظيف السياق المقالي واللُّغوي وسياق الحال المقالي في نماذج وقعتُ عليها أثناء قراءتي لما طبع مِن هذا الشرح، وقد بيَّن البحث وأظهر عناية ابن مرزوق بِدِلالة السياق وقاعدتِه وكيفية استثمارِه وتوظيفِه في دفع الاشكلات وتوضيح المعضلات وترجيح الأقاويل وتبيين الوقائع، فجمعتُ هذا كُلَّه وقبلَه بالتعريف به وبكتابه هذا وبالسياق عند أهل الاختصاص.This research paper deals with an important issue and a solid scientific matter that Maliki scholars in general and the Islamic West and Algeria in particular have given great care and attention to, which is the issue of the impact of investing in context in understanding the Prophetic hadith and legal texts. The scholar Ibn Marzouq al-Khatib had a firm footing in this, especially during his explanation of Abdul Ghani al-Maqdisi’s book “Umdat al-Ahkam”, which he titled: “Taysir Al-Maram fi Sharh Umdat Al-Ahkam”. Therefore, this study attempted to uncover the veil, remove the ambiguity, and remove the obstacles in understanding and comprehending the meanings of the text, and clarify how to use, invest, and employ the context of the article and the linguistic context and the context of the article’s situation in models that I came across while reading what was printed from this explanation. The research demonstrated and revealed Ibn Marzouq’s concern with the significance of the context and its rule and how to invest and employ it in removing problems, clarifying dilemmas, favoring sayings, and clarifying facts. I collected all of this and before that by introducing him and his book and the context to specialists.
