مداخلةَ أَثَرُ السِّيَاقِ فِي تَفَرُّدَاتِ الدَّاوُدِيِّ التِّلِمْسَانِيِّ فِي شَرْحِ غَرِيبِ صَحِيحِ البُخَارِيِّ

Abstract

يُعَدّ السِّيَاقُ بِأَنْوَاعِهِ المخْتَلِفَةِ مِنْ أَهَمِّ الآليّاتِ الّتي تُسْهِم في تحديدِ مَعَانِي الألفاظ وَدَلَالَاتِ التّراكيبِ؛ ذلك أنَّ مُعظم الألفاظ تحمل معانيَ كثيرةً، ودلالاتٍ واسعةً، والّذي يحدّد هذه المعاني، ويضيِّق تلك الدّلالات هو السّياق، وَلَعَلَّ هذا ما جعل مفسّري القرآنِ الكريم وشرّاح الحديث النّبويّ الشّريف يعوّلون عليه في تفسيراتهم وشروحاتهم، وبخاصّة في تبيان معاني الألفاظ الغريبة وتوجيهها. وَلِبَيَانِ أَهَمِيَّةِ السّياقِ وَتَعْوِيلِ العلماءِ عليه في شرحهم لغريب الألفاظ جاءت هذه المداخلة الموسومة " أثر السّياق في تفرّدات الدّاوديّ التّلمسانيّ في شرح غريب صحيح البخاريّ"، حيث حاولنا الوقوفَ على مدوّنة حديثيّة لعلَمٍ من أعلام الجزائرِ القُدماء، وهو أبو جَعْفَرِ أحمدُ بن نَصْرٍ الدّاودِيّ المسيليّ التلمسانيّ (ت 402ه)، هذه المدوّنة هي شرحُه لصحيح البُخاريّ (ت256ه)، والّتي سَمَّاهَا " النَّصِيحَةَ فِي شَرْحِ الصَّحِيحِ"، ولكونِ المدَوَّنَةِ مفقودةً رَأَيْنَا أَنْ نَقِفَ عَلَى شَرْحِهِ للغريبِ بِوَسَاطَةِ النُّقُولاتِ الكثيرةِ لشُرَّاحِ الصّحيح من بعدِه، وبخاصّةٍ ابنُ حَجَرٍ العَسقلانيّ (ت 852ه)، في كتابه " فتح الباري" واخترنا لبيان ذلك ما تفرّد به وأغْرَب فيه. وتدورُ إشكاليّة هذه المداخلة حولَ السّؤالين الآتيين: ما الآليّات الّتي جعلت الدّاوديَّ يتفرّد في شرح الغريب بدلالات لم يُسْبَقْ إليها دون الالتفاتِ إلى الاشتقاقات اللّغويّة ؟ وهل للسّياق دورٌ في تفرّداته واختياراته ؟ وللإجابة عن هذين السّؤالين سَنَقف على نماذجَ كثيرةٍ تَفرّد بها الدّاوديّ في شرحه للغريب، جعلت النّاقلين عنه يصفونها بالغرابة، ونحاول إبراز دور السّياق في ذلك التّفرد والإغراب، من خلال النّظر إلى تلك الألفاظ الغريبة في سياقاتها داخل الحديث.Context, in its various forms, is one of the most important mechanisms for determining the meaning of words and structures, because most words have many meanings and diverse interpretations. Therefore, what limits and restricts these interpretations is the context, which is what prompted the interpreters of the Holy Qur’an and commentators of the Noble Prophet’s Hadith to use it in their interpretations and explanations, especially to clarify the meaning of strange words. To demonstrate the importance of context and scholars’ reliance on it in explaining strange words, this intervention was entitled “The Effect of Context on the Singularities of Daoudi Tilmisani in a strange explanation Sahih Al-Boukhari. We tried to find a blog about the noble Prophetic hadith by one of the ancient Algerian scholars, Abu Jaafar Ahmad bin Nasr al-Daoudi al-Tilmisani, this blog is his explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari, This blog is an explanation of Sahih al-Bukhari, which he called “Al-Nassiha in the Explanation of Sahih.”, Since the blog is missing, we decided to find out his explanation of strange words through the many citations of Sahih interpreters after him, especially Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani in his book “Fath al-Bari.” The problem of this intervention centers around the following two questions: What are the mechanisms that made Al-Daudi unique in explaining the strange with meanings that had never been seen before, without paying attention to linguistic derivations? Does context play a role in his uniqueness and choices? To answer these two questions, we will look at many examples in which Al-Daoudi was unique in explaining the strange, which made his narration describe it as strange, and we will try to highlight the role of context in that uniqueness and strangeness, by looking at those strange words in their contexts within the hadith.
