طبيعة الفتوى في الفضائيات العربية

Abstract

تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الوقوف على طبيعة الفتوى في الفضائيات العربية، مع تسليط الضوء على مختلف القضايا والمجالات المعاصرة التي أفرزتها التطورات الحاصلة في المجتمعات اليوم ، كما تناولت ظاهرة انتشار برامج الفتاوى في الساحة الفضائية العربية و مختلف ضوابطها سواء ما تعلق منها بالمفتي والبرنامج والفتوى في حد ذاتها والمستفتي، وذلك لضمان عدم نشر الفتنة في صفوف المسلمين والمحافظة على تماسكهم. Abstract: This paper attempts to identify the nature of fatwas on Arab satellite channels and sheds light on the different modern issues and fields that birthed from the advents that societies are undergoing nowadays. This paper also discussed the phenomenon of the spreading of advisory opinion shows in Arabian channels and its various regulations, whether related to the advisor, the show, the advice in question and the one who asked for it; this is to ensure that Fitna in the Muslim ranks would not spread and to keep them united.
