Abstract

The intervention provides a quick presentation of the representations of the Algerian Liberation Revolution in contemporary Algerian poetry, through a discussion of poetic models, some of which were written during the glorious November Revolution, and others were written after it. In order to determine each poet's representation of history and his tools for doing so. And knowing how images are reproduced from generation to generation, in order to know the mechanisms and motives of representation, and knowing the degrees of repetition of some representations in poetic texts and not others, and the reasons for that. Tracking the representations of the Algerian revolution aims to reveal the images that society established through repetition, which turned into a value and identity for the Algerian poet and person, and the artistic tools that helped to achieve this in the sample that was chosen for inspection and analysis.
