Abstract

لقد أفرزت جائحة كوفيد -19، التي اجتاحت معظم أنحاء العالم في أواخر السنة المنصرمة، أوضاعاً في المجتمعات العربية والغربية على حد سواء، تأثر معها الوضع الاقتصادي، والمراكز المالية للأفراد والمؤسسات ـحيث تشير الإحصائيات -حسب مصدر اوكسفام - إلى أن نسبة الفقر تجاوزت النصف بليون. الأمر الذي دفع منظمات المجتمع المدني إلى محاولات جادة، لاحتواء الوضع، وإسعاف المتضررين بشكل خاص من المخلفات والآثار السلبية للجائحة. وهذه الدراسة تتناول دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي في ظل جائحة كوفيد-19،وذلك في ضوء النصوص القانونية الدولية والوطنية، والممارسات العملية، وتقارير المنظمات المختصة. كلمات مفتاحية: مجتمع مدني، منظمات، تكافل اجتماعي، كوفيد 19، جمعيات. The role of civil society organizations in achieving social solidarity in light of covid 19 -Legal and analytical study- Abstract: The COVID 19 pandemic, which swept the world last year, has influenced the economic situation and financial centers of individuals and institutions of both Arab and Western societies, where statistics according to the source of Oxfam indicates that the poverty rate exceeded half a billion. This prompted civil society to make serious efforts to contain the situation, and to help those affected, in particular from the negative effects of the pandemic. This study addresses the role of civil society in achieving social solidarity in the light of the COVID 19 pandemic in light of international and civil legal texts, practical practices and reports of specialized organizations.
