التّصرُّفُ في ألفَاظ وعِبارات الجَرحِ والتَّعديل وأثرُه في الحُكم على الرّاوي والمَروي دراسةٌ تطبيقيّةٌ في صَنيع الحافظِ الذّهَبي في ميزانِ الاعتدال

Abstract

يتناول البحث بالدراسة والتحليل أسباب تصرّف المتأخرين في ألفاظ وعبارات الجرح والتّعديل، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية في صنيع الإمام الذّهبي في كتابه "ميزان الاعتدال في نقد الرجال"، ثمّ بيان نتيجة هذا التّصرف وأثره على الرّاوي والمروي، وقد تَبيّن أنّ تغيير تلك الألفاظ والعبارات والتعبير عنها بلفظ مقارب لها يغيّر المعاني الدقيقة التّي يُطلقها النّقاد، أو يحيل على معان مقيّدة أو خاصّة. The research investigates, through study and analysis, the reasons behind the behavior of contemporary and modern scholars in using the terminology of criticism and correction, by means of an applied study on the work of Imam al-Dhahabi in his book "The Balance of Justice in Criticizing Men" (in the field of Hadith)." Knowed by "Mizan al-I'tidal fi Naqd al-Rijal". It then highlights the result of this behavior and its impact on the narrator and the narration. It has been shown that changing these terminologies and expressions to similar wordings changes the precise meanings that critics give them, or refers to limited or specific meanings.
