Abstract

الأختام الحديثية فن من فنون الحديث ولون من ألوان التأليف فيه، وهو أحد علوم الدراية الخاصة بالبحث في الحديث من حيث دلالته على المعنى المفهوم أو المراد منه. وموضوعه هو فقه الحديث باستخراج ما فيه من أحكام وحكم وآداب، وهو الغاية العملي التي تتظافر كل العلوم الحديثية على تحقيقها. وتعتبر كتب الختم مرجعا مهما في دراسة مناهج المصنفين في خلاصة استقراء تلك المناهج . فلذلك لا ينبغي إهمال الرجوع إليها من رام البحث في تراجم العلماء أو مناهجهم في تصانيفهم، أو النظر في أسانيد الكتب ومعرفة مدى انتشارها واهتمام الناس بها. Hadith seals are one of the arts of hadith and one of the types of writing in it, and it is one of the sciences of knowledge specific to researching hadith in terms of its indication of the meaning understood or intended from it. Its subject is Hadith jurisprudence by extracting its rulings, wisdom, and etiquette, and it is the practical goal that all modern sciences strive to achieve. The Khatam books are considered an important reference in studying the methods of compilers, as they are the summary of the extrapolation of those methods. Therefore, one should not neglect referring to them in order to research the biographies of scholars or their methods in their classifications, or to look into the chains of transmission of books and know the extent of their spread and people’s interest in them
