الأمن الصحي وآليات تحقيقه في الشريعة الإسلامية : فيروس كورونا أنموذجاً"

Abstract

تهدف هذا المقالة إلى بيان رؤية الشريعة الإسلامية لقضية تعد من أهم التحديات التي تشغل بال عديد المجتمعات في عالم اليوم وهي تحقيق الأمن الصحي , وذلك بتحديد مفهومه وأهميته وآليات تحقيقه, وكنموذج تطبيقي اخترت نازلة "فيروس كورنا المعروفة اختصاراً بكوفيد 19", هذا الوباء الخطير الذي يشهد اليوم تطورات مقلقة وسرعة هائلة في الانتشار , والذي تسبب في حصد آلاف الضحايا , محاولاً إسقاط تلك الآليات والتعاليم الصحية الشرعية على هذا الوباء وكذا استنباط أحكام وفتاوى شرعية معاصرة من مختلف الأبواب الفقهية من شأنها أن تعزز الإجراءات الوقائية العلاجية التي تجنب مخاطر الإصابة به وتسهم في تحقيق الأمن الصحي المنشود. Abstract: This essay aims to highlight the view of Islamic law towards the health security which is considered as one of important challenges that confuses our minds and how to realize health security, determine its definition, its importance and the mechanisms of its embodiment. As an applied example, I choose “a coming down “corona virus which is known as covid 19, this dangerous epidemic that makes the world in big fear because its uncontrollable developments, it spreads widely and reaped thousands of dead. One should adopt these mechanisms and combine them with the healthy instructions and even device provisions, having fatwas (rationalizations) from many views and sides in which they entrap this epidemic and reinforce preventative measurements that reduce the infections risks to contribute the desired health security
