المتابعة الجزائية عن الجريمة الاقتصادية أمام القضاء المتخصص

Abstract

إن التطورالتكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم كان له أثرهالبالغ في تطورالسلوكات الإجرامية، وأدى إلى ظهور صورجديدة من الإجرام سهل لها الإطار التقني المتطور المجال لاختراق الحدود مما شكل خطرا ليس فقط على المستوى الوطني بل تعداه إلى المستوى الدولى، واقتضى ذلك ضرورة التصدي لها في هذه الأطر. والمشرع الجزائري سار على هذا النهج فحاول تكييف منظومته التشريعية مع طبيعة هذا الإجرام المعاصر ، واعتمد فكرة تخصص القضاء من خلال استحداث الأقطاب الجزائيةا لمتخصصة، ومؤخرا استحدثا القطب الجزائي الاقتصادي والمالي. ABSTRACT: Thetechnologicalevolutionthattheworldiswitnessinghashadamajoreffectupontheevolutionofthecriminalbehaviours,whichledtotheemergenceofnewmodelsofcrimeforwhichthedevelopedtechnicalframeworkfacilitatedthefieldofinvadingtheborders.Thisformedadangernotjustatthenationallevel,butalsoattheinternationallevel,asthisdemandedtherequirementofstandingagainstthemwithintheseframeworks. TheAlgerianlegislatoradoptedthisapproach,asittriedtoadaptitslegislativesystemwiththenatureofthiscontemporarycrime.Soitreliedonthethoughtofspecializingthejudiciarybycreatingepecializedpenalpoles,andtheeconomicandfinancialpenalpolewaslatelycreated.
