السرقة العلمية وآليات الحد منها دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

لكل مجال خصائصه وأخلاقياته التي تضبط سلوك المنتمين إليه وتحمي مصالحهم وتحفظ حقوقهم؛ وكذلك الشأن بالنسبة لحقل البحث العلمي. لقد تفشت ظاهرة السرقة العلمية في الوسط الجامعي ، وأصبحت تشكل تهديدا لمصداقية البحث العلمي وإخلال بالأمانة العلمية،تحت مسميات مختلفة ،فأثرت على الجانب العلمي، الأخلاقي ثم الديني، مما دفع كل من الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الجزائري للتصدي لها. For each domain its own characteristics and ethics that control the behavior of its members, protect their rights, the same applies to the field of scientific research. The phenomenon of scientific theft has spread in the university community, and it has become a threat to the credibility of scientific research and a breach of scientific honesty, under various names, it affected the scientific, moral and then religious side, this prompted both Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law to address it.
