Abstract

العمل لنفع العام عقوبة بديلة قررها المشرع الجزائري في مواد الجنح لمحاربة الجريمة البسيطة التي تستحق الحبس قصير ‏المدة، من خلال تكليف الشخص الجانح بعمل يعود بالفائدة على المجتمع دون مقابل، من جهة تكفيرا لذنبه المرتكب في حق ‏المجتمع، ومن جهة إعادة إدماجه في المجتمع من خلال إعطاءه فرصة للتصالح معه وأيضا التخفيف من النظرة الاتهامية للشخص ‏مرتكب الفعل المجرم وبالتالي زيادة احتمالات تقبله اجتماعيا.‏ Summary: The work of the public benefit is an alternative punishment decided by ‎the Algerian legislator in the misdemeanor law to combat simple crime, which ‎deserves short term imprisonment, by assigning the offender to work for the benefit ‎of the society free of charge, on the one hand in retaliation for his guilt committed ‎against the community, Integrating it into society by giving it an opportunity to ‎reconcile with it, as well as reducing the accusatory view of the perpetrator of the ‎criminal act and thereby increasing the likelihood of social acceptance.
