Abstract

الاتجاه البياني للقرآن الكريم من أهم اتجاهات في التفسير لاهتمامه باستخراج كنوز القرآن وجواهره؛ والبحث الذي أمامنا يتعلق بعبارة قرآنية جاءت في سياق قصة مريم، حملت معاني بديعة سواء في نظمها أو في معناها وهي قوله تعالى "وَلَيْسَ الذَّكَرُ كَالْأُنْثى" ولذلك استحقت تسليط الضوء عليها وتتبع كلام المفسرين في توجيهها. وقد توصلت فيه إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: معرفة سبب نذر امرأة عمران ورغبتها في الذكر إنما كانت لأجل خدمة بيت المقدس إذ هو المناسب لذلك دون الأنثى، أما دعوى ظلم الإسلام للمرأة بناء على مبدأ تفضيل الذكور على الإناث مطلقا أخذا من الآية هي دعوى باطلة، لأن مقصد الآية وسياقها يردّه ، إضافة إلى أن بعض المفسرين قالوا بأن الآية وردت في تفضيل الأنثى على الذكر. فالقوامة التي جعلها الإسلام للرجل على المرأة ليست بمعنى التسلط والقهر؛ بل بمعنى القيام على ما يحتاج إليه النساء، إذ الرجال فضلوا عليهن بميزات عقلية وبدنية تفوض لهم القوامة عليهن. I. ABSTRACT: The thematic direction of the Holy Quran is one of the most important directions in interpretation due to its focus on extracting the treasures and jewels of the Quran. The research before us relates to a Quranic expression that came in the context of the story of Mary, carrying exquisite meanings, whether in its structure or its meaning, which is the saying of the Almighty, "And the male is not like the female." Therefore, it deserved to be highlighted and to follow the words of the interpreters in directing it. In it, I arrived at several results, the most important of which are: knowing the reason for the vow of the wife of Imran and her desire for a male, which was for the service of the Holy House, as it is suitable for that more than the female. As for the claim that Islam is unjust to women based on the principle of preferring males over females, taken from the verse, it is a false claim, because the purpose and context of the verse, in addition to some interpreters saying that the verse is about preferring the female over the male. Furthermore, the authority given to men over women in Islam does not mean domination and oppression, but rather it means taking care of what women need, as men have been favored with mental and physical attributes that give them authority over women.
