عمارة المقاهي الجزائرية من خلال المصادر الكتابية واللوحات الفنية خلال القرنين (18 و 19م) دراسة أثرية حضارية

Abstract

عرفت الجزائر خلال القرنين (18 و 19م) تشييد العديد من المرافق العامة والعمومية، وتعتبر المقاهي إحدى أهم هذه المرافق التي اهتم سكان الإيالة ببنائها، ونظرا لانعدام نماذج لدراستها فقد اعتمدنا على ما دونته المصادر الكتابية حول هذا النوع من فضاءات الترفيه والتسلية، بالإضافة إلى اللوحات الفنية. وتتمحور إشكالية البحث في التعرف على النمط المعماري السائد للمقاهي الجزائرية خلال القرنين (18 و 19م)، ونهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تأصيل النظام التخطيطي للمقاهي الجزائرية وانتشاره. ومن خلال دراستنا توصلنا إلى أنه على الرغم من بساطة عمارة المقاهي إلا أنّها عرفت بالجزائر ثلاثة أنماط معمارية من حيث نظامها التخطيطي؛ تمثلت في النمط ذات القاعة المقسمة إلى مقصورات، ونمط ثاني جاءت فيه على هيئة إيوان، ونمط ثالث اتخذت فيه شكلا مستطيلا مزودة بمقاعد حجرية. Algeria knew during the centuries (18 and 19 AD) the construction of many general and public facilities. Due to the lack of models to study it, we relied on what was written by the written sources about this type of entertainment and leisure spaces, in addition to the paintings. The problem of the research centers on identifying the prevailing architectural style of the Algerian cafes during the two centuries (18th and 19th AD), and we aim through this study to establish the planning system of the Algerian cafes and its spread. Through our study, we concluded that despite the simplicity of café architecture, it has known in Algeria three architectural styles in terms of its schematic system; It was represented in the style with the hall divided into compartments, the second style in which it came in the form of iwan, and the third style in which it took a rectangular shape with stone seats.
