Abstract

للسلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات امتدادات لدى الممثليات الدبلوماسية أو القنصلية بالخارج، تأخذ نفس طبيعتها القانونية وتمثلها على مستوى أربع مناطق جغرافية مقسمة حسب توزيع الهيئة الناخبة وتضم دوائر قنصلية ودبلوماسية حسب توزيع كثافة الجالية الجزائرية في مختلف البلدان، تمارس هذه المندوبيات صلاحيات في نطاق دائرتها الانتخابية تحت سلطة رئيس السلطة خلال مراحل العملية الانتخابية، تتجسد في اصدار قرارات تخضع لرقابة القضاء العادي والإداري والمحكمة الدستورية. .
