حركات التحرير الوطني بين مشروعية المقاومة وشبهة الإرهاب

Abstract

في ظل التفاوت في ميزان القوى بين دول الاحتلال وحركات التحرير الوطني ممثلة في المقاومة الشعبية المسلحة، تستعين هذه الأخيرة بأساليب قتالية غير مألوفة بين الجيوش النظامية تسفر على المساس بحياة المدنيين والأعيان المدنية سواء بصورة عرضية أو مقصودة، الأمر الذي جعل البعض يصف أعمال المقاومة بالأعمال الإرهابية في مسعى لإلغاء صفة المشروعية على تلك الأعمال وبالتالي إدراجها في خانة الأعمال المحظورة. Abstract: In light of the disparity in the balance of power between occupying states and national liberation movements, represented by armed popular resistance, the latter resorts to unconventional combat methods uncommon among regular armies.These methods lead to harm to civilian lives and civilian objects, either incidentally or intentionally, prompting some to label acts of resistance as terrorist acts.This effort seeks to strip these actions of their legitimacy and categorize them as prohibited activities.
