مواقع المساواة بين الجنسين ومعوقاتهما

Abstract

تعالج هذه المداخلة 'موانع المساواة بين الجنسين ومعوقاتها' مستهدفة الكشف عن هذه المعوقات وتلك الموانع، وتجيب عن إشكالية رئيسة يتمحور سؤالها حول 'ما طبيعة موانع المساواة بين الرجال والنساء ومدى وجوب مراعاتها، وما ومعوقاتها وكيف يمكن تجاوزها؟ متوسلا لذلك بالمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، عبر مبحثين رئيسيين، نخصص المبحث الأول لموانع المساواة بين الجنسين، ونقسمه إلى مطلبين نتناول في المطلب الأول الموانع الطبيعية وفي المطلب الثاني الموانع الشرعية، أما المبحث الثاني فسنخصصه لمعوقات المساواة بين الجنسين ونقسمه هو الآخر إلى مطلبين نتناول في المطلب الأول الموانع الثقافية والاجتماعية وفي المطلب الثاني الموانع الاقتصادية، قبل أن تختم المداخلة بخاتمة نضمنها جملة من النتائج والتوصيات.This intervention addresses 'barriers and obstacles to gender equality', aiming to uncover these barriers and obstacles, It answers a major problem whose question revolves around: “What is the nature of the obstacles to equality between men and women and the extent to which they must be taken into account? What are their obstacles and how can they be overcome?” Using the inductive and analytical approaches, through two main sections, we devote the first section to the obstacles to gender equality, and divide it into two requirements. In the first requirement, we address the natural obstacles, and in the second requirement, the legal obstacles. As for the second section, we will devote it to the obstacles to gender equality, and we will also divide it into two requirements. In the first requirement, we address the cultural and social obstacles, and in the second requirement, the economic obstacles, before concluding the intervention with a conclusion in which we include a set of results and recommendations.
