مداخلة الفرقة العثمانية الصبايحية وامتداد نشاطها في الفترة الاحتلال الفرنسي

Abstract

شكل النشاط العسكري أحد أبرز ملامح العثمانية في الجزائر، واعتمدت فيه على مؤسسة عسكرية قارة قوامها الجيش الانكشاري، كما استعان الدايات في أواخر عهدهم بفرق عسكرية أخرى كالزواوة والصبايحية... في حفظ الأمن وجباية الضرائب، امتد نشاطها إلى الفترة الاستعمارية، وعملوا كمجندين مع الجيش الفرنسي، لذلك ارتبطت حياتهم المهنية كخالية بنعوت كثيرة نعتوا بالمتعاونين وعملاء لدى الإدارة الاستعمارية، إلا أنهم ارتبطوا على صعيد آخر بأحداث هامة في الجزائر كتمردهم في السبعينات والتحاق الأمير خالد بهم، ومن هنا جاءت إشكالية هذه المداخلة التي نتساءل فيها عن جذور هذه الفرقة ونشاطها في الفترة الاستعمارية؟ وفي سياق ذلك نناقش التواصل والقطيعة بن الأيالة في أوخر عهدها بالفرنسين؟Military activity was one of the most prominent features of the Ottoman era in Algeria, and it relied on a permanent military institution consisting of the Janissary army. In the latter part of their reign, the deys also sought the help of other military groups such as the Zawawa and the Sebaiha... in maintaining security and collecting taxes. Their activity extended to the colonial period, and they worked as recruits with the French army. Therefore, their professional lives as khalia were associated with many epithets, describing them as collaborators and agents of the colonial administration. However, on another level, they were associated with important events in Algeria, such as their rebellion in the seventies and the joining of Prince Khaled to them. Where did the problem of this intervention come from, in which we ask about the reality of the activity of this group during the colonial period?
