من سمات الدرس الحديثي عند علماء الجمعية؛ عنايتهم بمشكل الحديث ومختلفه في تصحيح المفاهيم ودحض الأباطيل

Abstract

يعالج هذا البحث مسألة علمية دقيقة متعلقة بالدرس الحديثي عند علماء جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين ، وهي اهتمام علماء برفع الإشكال عن الأحاديث والتوفيق بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض ، وتعتبر هذه المسألة من سمات الدرس الحديثي عندى علماء الجمعية، حيث تطرق البحث من خلال مباحثه إلى الجواب على مدى عناية علماء جمعية العلماء المسلمن بمشكل الحديث ومختلفه في درسهم الحديثي ، وكذاالتطرق إلى خصاص منهجهم في رفع الإشكال والجمع بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض ، وتكمن أهية البحث في أنه يسلط الضوء على جهود علماء قطرنا في مسائل العلم إذ الحاجة ماسة إلى التعريف بمستوى علمائنا والتنويه بعملهم وجهدهم ، ومن ذلك تعامل علماء الجمعية مع هذه المسألة الدقيقة الشريفة لا سيما والبحث في هذا الموضوع عند علماء الجمعية لم يطرق من قبل مما يجعل الكلام على جهودهم في هذا الباب أمرا ملحا ، ويهدف البحث إلى إظهار بعض جوانب جهود علماء جمعية العلماء المسلمين الإصلاحية فيما يتعلق بالجانب العلمي ، وتعريف النشء بمكانة علماء الجمعية ومنزلتهم في العلم والدعوة ، كما أن من أهداف البحث إثبات مدى اهتمام علماء الجمعية بعلم الوحيين، القرآن والسنة ، وأنه السبيل الوحيد لهداية الناس وإصلاحهم ، وفي الأخير خلص البحث إللى نتائج من أهمها : إظهار قوة علماء جمعية العلماء العلمية في رفع الإشكال عن الأحاديث المشكلة والتوفيق بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض ، والكشف عن شخصتين فذتين عميقتين في النظر دقيقتين في العلم، هما العلامة عبد الحميد بن باديس والشيخ مبارك الميلي، فإن جل مادة البحث تدور حولهما ، فلتفخر بلادنا بمثل هذين العلامين اللذين قل نظيرهما This research addresses a precise scientific issue related to the hadith study by the scholars of the Algerian Association of Muslim Scholars. It is the interest of the scholars in resolving the issues related to the conflicting hadiths and reconciling between the hadiths that appear contradictory. This issue is considered one of the characteristics of the hadith study by the scholars of the association. The research discusses the extent of the scholars' attention to the problem of hadith and its various aspects in their hadith study, as well as their approach to resolving the issues and reconciling between the conflicting hadiths. The importance of the research lies in shedding light on the efforts of our scholars in scientific matters, as there is a pressing need to introduce our scholars' level of knowledge and highlight their knowledge and efforts. The research also aims to show some aspects of the efforts of the reformist Muslim scholars of the Association of Muslim Scholars in relation to the scientific aspect, and to introduce the youth to the position and status of the scholars of the association in the field of knowledge and advocacy. One of the goals of the research is to prove the extent of the interest of the scholars of the association in the knowledge of the two revelations: the Quran and the Sunnah, and that it is the only way to guide and reform people. In conclusion, the research yielded several important results, including demonstrating the scholarly strength of the scholars of the Association of Muslim Scholars in resolving the problematic hadiths and reconciling between the conflicting hadiths, and revealing the deep and profound personalities of two eminent scholars in the field of knowledge: Al-Imam 'Abd al-Hamid ibn Badis and Sheikh Mubarak al-Mili. The majority of the research revolves around them, and our country should be proud of such eminent scholars who have no equal.
